I miss my dog!

I'm sad because I miss my dog.

Does your bait have bad karma.

Have you ever had a day when those ******* fish won't bite. When your bait is sitting right in front of the hungriest Tarpon in the world, and it stares at it like it isn't even there. That probably means your bait has bad karma. Just like me. But, at least I caught a fish when there was 2 minutes left on the charter. How lucky am I.

Why did they build this place?

Fort Jefferson, located at Dry Tortuga National Park seemed to be there for no reason. It was a strange place. I guarantee you that a place with cannons that shoot 350 pound cannon balls over three miles and where the Baker supposedly made bread out of rat poop, sticks, dirt, and flour is a strange place. We also went snorkeling there.

YAY!!

Things.

These are the things I saw in the Everglades. There's no point in describing it because there is no word for how amazing it was. Here are some pictures.

Cool, huh?

The Everglades.

Tomorrow we will be kayaking in the Everglades. I saw some pictures of what we will be doing and can't wait to do it myself. I will post pics of the trip. Anyways, as we go down the road and throughout the states the climate and flora changes. Today it was 80 degrees, but you know Florida, bright and sunny in the middle of winter. The mosquitos are pretty bad down here. Can you believe it!!!! I forgot mosquitos even existed. All of the bugs are actually doing great in this awesome in this lovely weather. Today we ran out of gas, but since we were only about three quarters of a mile away from a gas station it didn't slow us down too much. This Everglades thing is going to take two nights and three days so all of you people out there who have met me, don't even bother trying to reach me by email.

Day 2.

We just got done with day 2. Supposedly the longest day of our trip. We are now in Georgia and have been in three states, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia.  We will soon be entering Florida. Currently we are about 65 miles from it.

Day 1.

So yesterday it was day one. I didn't have enough time to post a blog because we got into camp at like, 9:00. But our first night was quite comfortable. I knew it would be because I had done a test with my three brothers and my friend, Alec. We are now in Bowling Green, KY in a RV park. Today, day 2, we hope to make it to Florida. I asked my parents how long it would take and they said many many hours. Doesn't sound to exciting.

Tomorrow, we depart.

Our date was postponed unfortunately, because of my grandfather's passing. But tomorrow morning on Tuesday, March the fifteenth, I leave for the most epic RV trip of all time. I am soooooooooo excited!!!!!!

More sad news and more good news.

A few days ago I found out that we won't be going to the Coca-Cola factory either, but that's okay because yesterday was my last day of elementary school. YAYYYYY!!!!!!!! School is so boring but it can be fun at sometimes when there is a big party. We were supposed to leave tomorrow but my grandad isn't doing so great. If he doesn't make it then we might postpone the departure date to Monday or Tuesday. So we wait, and see what happens.
